I just paid £20 for a pack, twice. But my balance is £0! Help!!

Hi,

I had this issue aswell, even though i paid for the £20 pack first i still had to pay £1 to put “activate the account” i gave them a call and they explained it in abit more detail as to why, so may be worth giving that a go too 🙂
