Hi EE team,
I’m trying to join EE on a SIM-only plan. PAYG won’t work for me because of the 25 Mbps speed cap, and other networks are unreliable where I live. My SIM-only application seems to have been declined, but affordability isn’t an issue and I can provide payslips or bank statements. I don’t want to use an MVNO because I’ve previously had number-porting problems that left my line lost, so EE direct is my preference.
If someone can review my case, I’m happy to pay a refundable deposit or start on a cautious plan and move up after a short record of on-time payments. I can DM my order/reference number and any documents you need.

If you're application was declined then you can apply again in 6 months.
