Can anyone help? I’ve recently paid my outstanding bill but my plan is still suspended. Usually I’d pay by calling 360 but this time I done it through EE website and it hasn’t lifted the bar. Does anyone know what I have to do? TIA

@Rossj13 It can take up to 24 hours after payment has been made to have a working connection again.
