Im trying since this morning to place an order via the EEAPP of a MAC book and its riddled with issues - ive managed to get through it after constant reloading and refreshing - FINALLY got to take payment page - and its STUCK AGAIN!!! it takes my card details then loads up a blank page.....the EEAPP is so poorly built, ive then moved to placing the order via online, but it works out more expensive than ordering via the app - how does that even make sense? called in and the guide said he couldn't help, logged a complaint, and heard nothing from it, the online chat asks me to call in...... am i frustrated? YES I AM......please can some one just help and TAKE MY MONEY! i want to buy this mac book!!!!

Welcome to the community,

We have no account access here in the public forum, do not know who you are, you will have to ring customer service to do the order that way, if you cannot do it any other way.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

i did call - and spoke to a guide explained it and they said they cant help?!

Buy it from Apple or another online store.

If the EE app is not working and EE CS cannot help then you'll need to look elsewhere. Sadly that means a sale lost for EE. 

If you cannot get the same price online as the app that indicates to me something is not right with the price which is causing the error.
