I just topped up and ordered a new pack. Previously this worked and the pack started working quickly.
This time - nothing.
Pack shows as purchased but nothing happening on my phone.
Grateful for any ideas

When was the last time the SIM card was used to make a call or send a text?

yes - in the UK
Last use for text out appears to be 30 April 2022
mostly incoming texts from EE on updating rather than outcoming.
hasn't been used for calls for a couple of years. It's mostly used for data

Pay as you go SIM card's do go into hibernation, please see What is pay as you go and flex hibernation, and how do I stop it?.
You would need to call us and get this looked into.

It was used in February - It has been left for months at a time before - so why now?
A text has come through to say the pack is live but there is no EE internet. Is it maybe just cause the signal is rubbish?
