I bought the £10 pack yesterday at 6:30 and it’s not working for me now and I am international student and it’s causing me problems I have bought the £10 twice yesterday and I don’t understand what’s happening can you really help me I am in a foreign country and it’s actually causing me problems with my studies

@aishaalihassan : Did you receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU on PAYG? Did you buy 1 of the "Roam Like Home" add-ons to be able to use your UK pack allowances there?
