The EE app and website are not working. An error message shows that says there is a problem. Have been an EE customer for years and not experienced this before. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the cache. This has been going on for a week now. Really frustrating, can’t see my bill or usage. EE, what on earth is the issue?

I have the same issue and havent been able to login for months. Phoned 150 and they can not sort it and say its with IT department. From the search it seems a lot of people have the same issue. Have they found out what the global problem seems to be.

It is possible that different customers may be impacted by different things @Andyc821, which will require different resolutions.
