Payment doesn't work

I have a EE Sim card for a Mobile 4G router.

Until now, i'm using pay as you go, but i want add now my credit card to be debit each month to make a top up on my account.

My process is:

Step 1: Choosing a pack: Complet and Click "next" = Done

Step 2: Payments details: Complet and Click "next" = Done

Step 3: Confirm details: Click "Confirm" then then the page a going back to step 2. = Error

Even i'm using Firefox or edge, the problem is eactly the same. And also in EE app, same issues.

You can view the process to set up recurring or direct card payments at Setting up card payments for pay as you go mobile

However, as you are facing an error when setting this up you would need to contact Customer Service team on 150 from your EE handset so a guide can manually set this up for you. Contact Us | Help & Support | EE
