Hello @Kristofsky ,

Welcome to the community,

Are you on pay as you go or contract?

If on pay as you go roaming is automatically enabled, but if on contract, you should have enabled roaming on your account before going abroad.

Here you can find the prices for roaming:

https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Kristofsky : Did you receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU on PAYG? Did you buy 1 of the "Roam Like Home" add-ons to be able to use your UK pack allowances there?
