Resolved! Stop pack

If I use stop pack, leave country for 6 weeks, and then return, can I restart pack and use my existing credit to renew it?  Just don’t want to burn £10 when I won’t be using ee sim at all.   Thanks all.

Frustrated

I received a text on Saturday, 9 May 2026, saying that my subscription plan would be reset. Why hasn’t my subscription renewed automatically ?There’s no issue with my payment card, and funds are available.

Resolved! Extra £10 a week?

I recently signed up for the £10 PAYG saver plan (which renews every £30 days). However, I’m being charged an additional £10 a week, despite hardly using my phone. Please can you explain the above for me?
