I have tried to return my Airpod Max through the EE app but it says my return has been submitted and my return label will show soon, it’s been 4 days and there is no return label and I also did NOT receive an email to confirm the return either?
I have been on hold for the last half an hour trying to speak to someone to get these returned within the 14 days, someone help

Have you tried to complete the return form on our website? That would go directly to our returns team who would get back to you.

I would have expected you to have heard something by now.
Did you purchase the AirPods Max outright or was it on Add to Plan to pay monthly?

Hi,
It was a pay monthly plan, it says on the app my return was submitted on the 26th September but i have not received an email and there is no QR code to return the item, I am going to have to go into a physical shop because trying to get in contact over the phone is not possible and i am not even going to try again as the last 2 times have been over 45 minute wait times which I just gave up.

Thanks for this! I have created a return there and will await a response.
They need to make this more accessible on the website, access to customer support is awful!
