Am I able to exchange beats earphones for a different colour?

I got some orange Powerbeats Pros for christmas, but when I opened them up, they were way brighter than I expected them to be. I’d quite like to exchange them for lilac - does anyone know if EE offer an easier exchange process than filling in the returns form, sending them back, and buying new ones?

Also on top of that, would I be able to return the earphones at all if I’ve opened them? I haven’t put them in my ears or anything, but I guess they’d have no way of proving that, so I might not be eligible for a return/exchange in the first place…

Welcome to the Community!

You would need to send these back then order a new pair if you would prefer another colour. If these are open then that's absolutely fine, you would just need to return everything that came with the headphones.
