Hi everyone,
A few weeks ago I received a replacement iPhone 13 and it's had issues with identifying the cellular network and sim. I had two new sims put in and the same issue still persisted. The phone would continually just turn off or restart, apps would close or freeze unexpectedly and I'd see purple screen glitches. I took it to apple and they said the snr wasn't working and most likely it needed to be sent off for repair.
I've now ordered a replacement phone through ee and I've tried everything to restore and erase the phone for exchange and none of it has worked. When trying to restore using my Mac it says unknown error occurred 1113 and now I'm unable to get my phone out of recovery mode.
I'm not sure what else to do for the exchange - can someone please help? I'm supposed to be exchanging today at 1.00pm.
Best,
David

Hi @DavidKelly,
Welcome to the Community!
I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your phone.
Did you receive the replacement phone from EE, and was this an insurance replacement, or a replacement for a faulty phone?
