Oppo Find x2 Pro with watch

I upgraded to the Oppo Find with a free Oppo watch. I discovered later I had to organise and manage receiving the watch myself (little cheeky in the advert and not made clear during the online process). Its not been over three weeks since I completed my "claim form" and not heard anything back - is the watch deal real? Will I receive a watch? I'm feeling a little mis-sold.

You will need to return to the link you used to claim your watch and contact their CS line. 

 

I suspect it will be a 28 say delivery period.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Welcome to the community.

 

The terms and conditions for the Oppo Find X Pro offer say that the Oppo Watch will be delivered within 45 days of a successful claim.

 

Did you receive confirmation to say they received and approved your claim? May be worth checking your spam/junk folder if you're having trouble finding it.
