Good Evening,
I would like to say thank you to Sherilyn (Unfortunately I forgot ask for his surname nor am I able to recall which centre he was based at).
I spoke to Sherilyn in regards to unlocking my phone. He explained that the Unlock Team were currently in the office and tha the would need to email them my details and that they would contact me in due course. Furthermore, due to the current circumstances this would takem slightly longer than normal. He was very reassuring and explained the process clearly and concisely.
Whilst verifying my details, he was able to confirm that my phone was in fact unlocked and that there was no need for any further action.
I was extremely happy with the service that I received today and would like to add that he is a valuable person to EE and that he is a model professional. His soft skills are exceptional and I feel that he is somebody that could look to champion as a model in customer relations. Thank you again Sherilyn and all the best.
