So I have topped up my account money is out my bank but I havent reaceived my top contacted back and they said theyve take it. This happens all the time and I'm sick of it costs a fortune to call them it's a joke anyone know what I can do?

It said I have 10pence and no allowances or packs so where is my money this is constantly happening I'm ready to leave ee
