Hi,

looks like most people are having the same problem 😅

28th of March, I placed an order for an iPhone 17 Pro Max (Deep Blue, 256GB) as I was eligible for an early upgrade. At the time, I was advised that delivery would likely be by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.

However, since placing the order, I haven’t received any communication whatsoever — not even a confirmation message or email to confirm that the order has been processed. 

Does anyone have some sort of time frame when I should expect never had this problem with EE before upgrading !!

Just had the same, EE tracking still not working however so relying on DPD being up to date with time slot

Just an update from my end! I got a text from EE this morning and DPD with my PIN for delivery so I hope today/tomorrow is new phone day for us all! (I ordered 1/4/2026)

Any iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB Deep Blue placing an order on the 2nd April had a stock guidance of: "Available to order- Expect despatch in 7 days"


However, I can see we have received stock recently, so as long as your order had been accepted you should receive your handset very soon. 

If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.
