looks like most people are having the same problem 😅
28th of March, I placed an order for an iPhone 17 Pro Max (Deep Blue, 256GB) as I was eligible for an early upgrade. At the time, I was advised that delivery would likely be by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.
However, since placing the order, I haven’t received any communication whatsoever — not even a confirmation message or email to confirm that the order has been processed.
Does anyone have some sort of time frame when I should expect never had this problem with EE before upgrading !!

Out of curiosity have you gotten your phone yet? I ordered 1/4 and I was gutted I’m still waiting but maybe have a while to wait if you guys haven’t gotten yours yet

nope still not got mine called yesterday and was told 7 days with the help of bank holiday I should receive it end of this week !

Hello, my husband bought the 17 pro Max blue 512 gb on April 2, he said there was availability and still nothing. The order number cannot be tracked, we went to a store and they told us that we don't have to wait 2 to 3 weeks that there is a shortage of that model but that we better call for a better answer because in store not They could check the order. In the call they said 7 days so we still don't know exactly. Yes, 7 days or 3 weeks
