I've been given an order number that starts with xko. Does this mean it's been accepted? As I've had money leave my account?
Also how long does it take for the tracking information to update as it was ordered this morning but it's just stating they can't show my tracking information at the moment

@Craig9191 You’ll receive a tracking number when a device has been allocated to you. The XKO number is just your order number and you’ve been accepted.
