Nothing Phone 4(a) Pro not dispatched

As an upgrade, I ordered a "Nothing Phone (4a) Pro 256GB Black" on the 7th of April. I received an email confirming the order, and I have been charged the upfront cost, but have had no update on the status of my order since. 

Attempting to track my order here: https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-order-tracker  receive a "Sorry, that didn't work!" error. 

Based on my reading of other threads on this forum, I suspect this might be due to a backlog of orders on the Nothing Phone 4a Pro. Is this the case, and if so how long might I be waiting for my order?

@circleastonish  if you look online right now it says it’s out of stock, when EE will get more will depend on when the manufacturer ships them more.  Then you still could be waiting as it depends on where you are the queue to receive your order.   You’ll be sent a tracking number once a device is allocated to you.  No definitive date can be given to you on when you’ll get it 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

A definitive date is not required. I have read other threads where an estimate for how long the order might take was given. I only require an estimate. I will also point out that the phone was not marked as out of stock when I made my order, and I would not have made the order if I had known there would be a long delay.
