Resolved! EE SIM not received - cannot track order either !

Hello, I ordered a new SIM on the 25 Nov 2024 and paid £10 subscription pack. However the new SIM has not arrived yet and I am unable to track the order using the order no which was emailed to me !Can you please help ?
