I placed my online order however wrongly inputed my mobile phone number in my order.
Therefore I cannot receive the PIN code to accept the DPD delivery, and DPD driver left as PIN code unable.
How can I correct my mobile phone number in my order and get the parcel being resent?
It’s impossible to reach human customer service on the phone line as there’s no such relevant option and i am not EE mobile/boardband customer, but just a one time customer for ordering.
