I ordered a phone on the 5th. I was meant to order my new device with a new number. I have linked it to a phone that isn’t in use. I’ve got no confirmation email other than my order number. But if o track my phone it says it’s wrong. Help

If you've had no further updates since ordering on the 5th and unable to track your order, please call us on 150 from an EE mobile, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone and the team will be happy to help you get this looked into.

I have no mobile to call EE for help and my order number isn’t working. And I ordered my phone ages ago. Ans still no confirmation on my order or dpd tracking

@Tonileehamilton , as @Leanne_T has written, we have no account access and you would have to ring customer service from another phone or if you are a mobile contract customer, you can find a way of contacting customer service by clicking on help and then scrolling down to talk too us and click on it and you will see message us, not available on pay as you go, sorry there is no other way of contacting EE.no email either.
