XKO order number

I've been given an order number that starts with xko. Does this mean it's been accepted? As I've had money leave my account? 

Also how long does it take for the tracking information to update as it was ordered this morning but it's just stating they can't show my tracking information at the moment

@Craig9191  You’ll receive a tracking number when a device has been allocated to you.  The XKO number is just your order number and you’ve been accepted. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

An XKO order number means that an order has been placed in our online system, but these still need to be fulfilled in our main account system for your plan to go live. 

When was it you placed your order?

it was placed today i placed 3 two was saying successful and the other was cancelled

@wendie3  the 3rd one what was cancelled is probably because EE are not yet allowing you to have 3 sims on contract yet.  Once you pay the first monthly payment of the other 2 sims EE will probably be ok with you placing an order for another sim.    They need to know you are going to pay.

Hello, I ordered a sim on the 14th and still haven’t received it nor have I had ANY tracking details at all. My tracking number is also apparently not a real tracking number so I can’t track.
