New phone

I placed an order with EE on 5th October and still waiting for it to be delivered and have had no update.Has this happened to anyone before? Do EE not have a chatbot/email address you can access them through anymore. thank you

Can’t complete upgrade on app or online

I accidentally ordered the wrong phone yesterday and cancelled straight away. I want to complete my upgrade online or on the app again but keep getting technical issues. I don’t want to call in to complete my upgrade. How do I fix this? Thanks
