Why am I still waiting for my order?! Why do EE not keep people informed? I ordered on 25th September still no idea of when it will arrive. If there’s an extended delay then tell your customers! Keep people informed it’s really not much to ask? Give me the option to cancel the order and go elsewhere 😫

Which date did you place your order?
Since last week, the current expected delivery for iPhone 17 Pro 512GB Cosmic Orange is 1-3 days, so an orders placed in October should have been shipped and delivered by now.

Hi EE,
I placed an order on 08/11 for the iPhone 17 Pro Max Silver. I was told it was available to order and would be delivered within 14 days.
It’s now been longer than that, and there are still no updates about the delivery.
I contacted live chat, and they told me EE is waiting for stock from Apple. But seeing other people’s messages saying they’ve been waiting for over a month, I’m honestly worried how long I’ll have to wait too.
EE, this isn’t right — customers should be informed in advance about such delays. If I had known the wait could be this long, I would have ordered from another company.Please give a clear update on when I can realistically expect my phone.

I ordered mine on the 21st oct and I just received a message from dpd saying they are expecting my parcel from EE. So I’m hoping its my phone.

i felt the same - i used to check online everyday and see no update… i even paid 200+ for a early upgrade ao i can give my phone to my daughter.. her phone had issues.. so its been such a pain… i kept telling myself im going to cancel and i would have at the of this week. I would say its a 3 week plus wait from messages iv seen.

Did you even read what she said? It’s been dispatched, not waiting to be dispatched so no idea why you have just replied with the same generic response.

Hi can anyone give me a straight answer please I’ve been waiting for my new phone for over a month now and all I get is it’s still on order. Last week I was told by the upgrade team it would be here today. Called yesterday and they have had to open a complaint as she should not have said that. The man I spoke to as now told Hme it could be Upton another 4 weeks .
can anyone give me any information about this please
