Why am I still waiting for my order?!  Why do EE not keep people informed?  I ordered on 25th September still no idea of when it will arrive.  If there’s an extended delay then tell your customers!  Keep people informed it’s really not much to ask?  Give me the option to cancel the order and go elsewhere 😫

Welcome to the community,

This is a public forum with no account access and we have no idea who you are. There is a delay, thanks to Apple not delivering enough devices and them being very popular. There are others waiting for the device too, and dispatches are done on a first come first serve basis, but if you let us know the colour and storage size, one of the community staff can take a look as to when you are likely to receive it, although they cannot check specific accounts, this you would have to do by ringing customer service and pressing option 2.

Just for your information, other networks are having the same difficulty getting the phones, but you may find it quicker to get it from Apple if you so wish, worth checking their website to see if there is a delay, though.

Hey! I ordered mine on the 29th I rang up two days later asking if there was a delay as I wasn’t notified when upgrading. The polite man said there was a 4 week wait.  Hopefully you’ll get yours soon then me shortly after. ☺️

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Got mine on the 27th of Sep, blue colour 512gb … the seller mentioned something about up to 28 days for  delivery which I actually reallly think it will not be that short 😂

I ordered mine on the 30th no updates on my manage orders / track order page. I am hoping that I'll have it for Xmas LOL 🤣 - Do think EE should be better at keeping customers updated, even if only a generic update on the EE page with an estimated wait time??

Aren’t you getting emails like “your order is on track” or “your order is arriving soon”?

Same here ordered from EE on 22 September, no updated recieved about delivery. Over the 28 days.   When I track it with order number, it just says order number not  recognised. .   Plan to phone them tomorrow to chase up.  Makes you wonder what’s happened to order!!

If your order number is not recognised on the tracking page, please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly. 
They will be able to give you the order confirmation number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.

If the order didn't complete correctly, they can re-process the order or discuss what additional information we need from you to manually process it for you.

Why am I still waiting for my order?! I order mine on the 8th October and still no update? when I checked my EE account it says dispatched? However now I am seeing a 3-4 week wait? can I get an update when I am likely to receive my phone? Can I at least find out what is going on?
