Hi I was just wondering if anybody could help me? I recently bought a phone around 2weeks ago and received a confirmation email n order number however nothing more than that. When I try to track my order through the ee app and website it says that “something went wrong” though everything I’ve put through is correct.
I rang EE customer support a few days ago just to double check that they received my order to which they confirmed that they’ve processed it and I’ll get an email from dpd when it’s ready to be delivered but I go away in a few days. Is it possible to get in touch with dpd as it’ll have been 2 weeks since my order was paid for and through the app it says that normally orders are delivered within two weeks from paying? Or should I cancel my order all together whilst I still can?
I just want to be able to see where my phone is if I’m honest.

@Martin06_ DPD will not have it, until EE allocates you a device there is no device. You’ll receive a tracking number the day before of delivery. What did you order ? Colour and storage size ?
