Why am I still waiting for my order?! Why do EE not keep people informed? I ordered on 25th September still no idea of when it will arrive. If there’s an extended delay then tell your customers! Keep people informed it’s really not much to ask? Give me the option to cancel the order and go elsewhere 😫

It's great that you've got your new iPhone Pro Max @Jermaine07
I hope you're loving the phone so far.

I ordered my iPhone pro max 1TB cosmic orange on 19th October and was told 28 days, last week if I ordered it it was within 21 days and now it’s back to 28 days.
im currently on 22 days and 28 days on Sunday.
I’ve spoke to countless people on the phone and every single one tells me something different which makes me question what training are these people having? You should all be saying the same thing so this is why I don’t believe a thing anyone at EE tells me as it’s all different.
since the order I have had weekly emails sent with different subjects making me get excited thinking the phones coming “your order is on track” “good news your order is coming soon” “your order is on track” with the latest inside saying “hey Great news your order…. Wait for it “is on track” again and the same excuse waiting for an expected delivery date from the manufacturer.
how about stop sending me these irritating emails that just really wind me up more, the only email I want is one saying it’s been dispatched and then from DPD stop sending these emails it’s really poor as it gets your hopes up just to be told the same pointless statement.
I’ve never had such an issue with pre ordering a phone and I’ve ordered all the iPhones every year when they’ve been released and here I am still not got a phone, initially ordered with sky on pre order day 12th September at 1:20PM and never got it and was suppose to be guaranteed launch day 19th September, I’ve only been waiting 3 weeks with EE but technically I’ve been waiting 3 months now for a phone absolute ***** take, maybe il get it when the iPhone 18 is launched.
if anyones gonna reply please do not give the same generic response it will just wind me up more, i would much prefer others to reply who have experienced the wait and if they have got their phones, if your an EE community employee unless you have some valuable information do not reply.

This post 🙏👌
Same boat here, I ordered on 1st November, the guide who was placing the order asked which colour I'd like, I answered whatever comes first, he said if I proceed to order the Pro Max blue 256gb it'll come Monday 3rd November, this was obviously a lie, was then told will be "dispatched within 14 days", now today too find out its going to be even longer, possibly a month.
So it's gone from, 2 day delivery, to 2 weeks and now maybe a month, it's an absolute joke this company!

I’m sorry you are going through the same thing it’s really annoying and bad customer service, for them to keep saying they are the leading company for 12 years and they have been a shambles with this, I praised them so much but this whole thing has left me so angry how can someone wait a whole month for a phone? Like really? Maybe I’d be more accepting of it if they communicated and said something like “let me check the warehouse”
or speak to the warehouse staff and see when due in.
ive worked in a warehouse years and years ago, when we ordered stock we would know when its due even if it was between a week period but to just keep saying “it’s an open order, your get an email from DPD” it’s a little like car sales men, once sold you the car they couldn’t give a **** about the customer after it and it’s the same here, made there sales hit their targets and commission, could t give **** about us then.
one guy earlier said “you should get it for Christmas hopefully and I thought Christmas? 4 months to receive a phone? Apple is a multi billionaire company even if sales were not what they expected they would be able get them sent out quick, if you go on Apple website it said delivery for next week for me.

@MNB1991
The expected delivery timescales are based on the date of placing the order. When it was briefly 21 days it means that we had received stock from the manufacturer and working our way through previous orders, so expect new orders to take less time.
It's still first come first serve basis, so you'd still receive your device before any new orders that may have said 21 days.
That said, looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB Cosmic Orange, stock guidance while placing an order on the 19th October was - "Available to order (Expect despatch in more than 28 days)".
I know you'll be keen to receive your device as quickly as possible. As soon as we get a shipment we do fulfil orders and send out straight away.
I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.

Thanks for the generic reply again, already got DPD app, already know it’s first come first served.
if it’s 21 days and that’s to fulfil orders and I haven’t got mine that’s indicating I’m gonna be waiting a further 28 days now then cause that’s when your getting more stock in 28 days time is what it seems you are getting at.
regardless of what happens, EE have been a disgrace over this and I’m not the only one that thinks it.

@MNB1991
The estimated delivery time for new orders don't affect previous order that have been placed.
Your order will be based on the expected delivery times from the date you placed your order.
