ee phone on contract

Hi all , I payed £30 to get my ee phone on contract , on Monday and I still have no date or anything to say it’s been dispatched , just wondering how long it normally takes

It was a iPhone 16 a purple colour and 64gb

That makes no sense tbh, iphone 16 doesn't come in purple & is 128gb minimum

If this was the iPhone 16 128GB Ultramarine that you've placed an order for on 02/03/2026, then you can expect dispatch within 14 days. You should have received confirmation via email within 24 hours, and then once stock is assigned to your order, you'll receive further updates. Please make sure you have the DPD app downloaded, as DPD will set your delivery date and timeslot. 

If it's a different phone, just let us know, and we can check the timescales for you.
