I paid on line for 3 landline phones.( Oder No. ee-********) The deliverer would not hand over the phones at my house because I did not have a password . I have been trying for to get the cost of £95 for the phones returned to me after I went elsewhere for the phones. I have been trying for 2 months to get a re-fund but so far no success
