Hi, 

I am trying to add a new line on my account and am greeted with this message on everything. I have contacted customer service who said I need to call but I am unable to call. How do I fix this?

Hi @toggie 

If our team has advised that you need to call us directly, we must need to speak with you to get your order processed. 

If you can't call us right now, you're very welcome to pop into your local EE store, or book an appointment at a time that works for you with valid photo ID.
