Can't find any update on upgrade status

How do I get an update on my upgrade? The order tracker says it can't update me on my order at the moment and I can't find anything online about my order status.  The phone was showing in stock with a 1 day delivery when I ordered it.

I upgraded my phone and plan yesterday, it’s a pay monthly plan. I’ve received an email with and XKO number.my plan e.g data calls etc has been updated on my account, but I’ve had no delivery email off EE or Courier.can someone help?@eehelp
