New customer

I am trying  to return to EE but it says I am still a customer, how can I over come this issue

@Milkyblueeyes  Use a different email address or call customer support and tell them the issue.   EE recognises your email address in their systems. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
