Why can't I get information about my order on the website? gives error.I upgraded my plan to iPhone 14 pro max deep purple 128g, I got a msg from EE saying my order is on the way, but I can't access information on the website, why?

iPhone 14 pro max

I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max Gold 128Gb. on my confirmation email it says usually dispatched within 1 working day. It also comes up with an error message when i try to track it on the EE website
