No sim card

I have ordered a iPhone 14 Pro max and pay monthly simcard the phone has arrived today without the sim but also without any QR code for the simless system the new iphones has.  On the invoice it states the phone and a multi use sim.

  The iPhone 14 range has a SIM card it’s only the US version that’s eSim only.   You don’t need a QR code to move from a sim to an eSim you can make that request via your EE account.  

Was this an upgrade or are you a new customer? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I'm  new customer with EE, its been a while since I've had a new phone so I'm just a little surprised at not getting a simcard in the packaging

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Have you checked through the paperwork that was in the delivery bag? The SIM would be in there, rather than in the phone's box.

If it isn't there, you can contact our Customer Care Team to order a replacement.
