Friends and family discount code not working

I am trying to get a new contract using my friend and family discount but whatever phone I try choosing it says I can't use it as not eligible. I got my wife a new iPhone using another code and it worked but won't work for my order

I have upgraded my contract one week ago but i didn't received my phone.  Will i receive it?

I received a message to say i can upgrade, went through the process but the tracking number wont work and its now saying i cant upgrade. The payment went to EE limited hatfield gb. Is this a scam or is genuine. 

No order confirmation

Hey there, I was due an upgrade, so did so though the EE website. At the final stage it just took me back to the EE homepage. No confirmation or order numbers. No confirmation email, but the upfront cost of the phone has left my account! Please help....
