Delivery of accessory over Christmas

I added an accessory to my account on Christmas Eve. Obviously I know it wouldn’t have been looked at over the past two days, but any idea when I’m likely to get confirmation that it’s on its way?

Didnt received email confirmation upgrade mobile phone

Trade in

i just received my upgraded device, how long does it take the receive the trade in kit?  My EE app is showing that my contract is the original price, not the price it was supposed to be with trade in - will this change?
