I've just went to upgrade online, everything was fine, I paid my upfront cost and the money was taken from my bank account, but the order for the phone remains in the basket! No order confirmation of any kind, but the money definitely taken! Not sure what to do here? The order clearly has not gone through but the money has transacted!
