I ordered a new pay monthly phone yesterday that I was told would be delivered to my EE store today, using the Info to track it just says we cannot track your order etc, why can't I?

What make, model, phone and storage size phone did you order?
I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone and they should be able to track the order status for you.
