Hi I placed an order for an upgrade last night, when trying to track it this morning its saying my order reference number is wrong. But i'm putting the in on my order confirmation that was on my customer service email

If you are unable to track your order online, I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone.
DPD will text and email you on the morning of delivery, before 11am, to confirm your 1 hour time slot.
