Ordered phone online

Hi

Ordered a new phone last night as part of an upgrade (iPhone 12 to 14 pro). Have tried to check online tracking today and it says that it’s unavailable - my upfront payment has been taken and ‘credited’ to my mobile bill - and my plan has changed from the phone I have now - but no confirmation of my actual order or dispatch, help!!

@willsmith89  You’ll receive a tracking number once a device is allocated to you.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for coming here. 

If the plan has changed in your My EE, the order has been processed for you. 

Once DPD have the order they will contact you with tracking for the delivery.
