Hi everyone,
I've ordered my phone and a part of my contract with EE is to trade-in my old phone via the freepost return bag. However, there was a problem with addresses and my phone was almost sent to the wrong place. Eventually it got sent to the store near me where I wanted it to go, however, the store didn't hand me a freepost bag and I don't live anywhere near my billing address to be able to get it if it goes there.
Am I able to request a new freepost return bag, and if so, how would I do so?

Yes, if you contact our mobile care team, they'll be able to send you a replacement returns bag.

You'll receive your returns bag separately in the post within 2-5 working days.
