How do I know when my delivery will arrive

@cunninghamraymo , DPD will send notification to you the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Hi @cunninghamraymo

If you know your order number (should be on your confirmation email) then you can use the online order tracker.

If for some reason that doesn’t work, then I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone and they can chase up your order.

DPD will text you before 11am on the day of delivery with your 1 hour time slot.
