Hi,
I ordered a SIM card when I purchased a sim only contract from EE ON 17th July. It's been 5 working days and I have not received my SIM card.
I can't speak to anyone on the phone as the automated line asks for a mobile number and only accepts EE numbers but I don't have one yet as I am a new customer to EE.
Any advice would be appreciated ..

Have you tried ringing this number: 08000798586?
Has the post arrived today? You may receive it today.
If you are near an EE high street store, you could go in there with ID and may be able to get one there.

I went in store as you suggested and was able to pick one up - thank you for letting me know that was an option.
