I ordered this on 7th fen - still not arrived - my friend who went with 3 got hers no bother a couple of days later.  I can’t contact as don’t have mobile number so hangs up on me - going around in circles and beginning to wish i also went with 3 now...

I ordered a phone reference xxxxxxxxxxxxx on Thursday I haven’t received any update at all just the confirmation email please advise as to what is happening with my order

I upgraded my phone on 4 Dec and haven’t had an update on my order since the initial email arrived. Can someone please advise how much longer I’ll have to wait? Upgraded to iPhone 14 Pro 128gb Gold. Thanks.

Upfront cost

Ive just tried getting a new upgrade it says £0 upfront but come check out it says £50 up front. Why is that?
