@steven32 Once a device can be allocated to you you’ll then receive tracking information. Depending on how many back orders have to be completed first you could be waiting awhile. There’s probably people who ordered on pre-order day who ordered the same model type as you who haven’t yet got their orders yet and that was over a week ago.
