I get a 25% family and friends discount which I was told was for life. I want to upgrade but do t know how to to get my family and friends discount

@Maryh    Who told you it’s for life ?  EE and any phone network reserves the right to remove any discount at the end of a contract period.        The F&F discount is slightly more than 25% so not sure what discount you have but it’s not F&F.    
 
 How did you get this discount can you explain a little more.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
