hi so i applied for a phone yesterday it got rejected but still took the upfront payment and hasn’t returned it

The payment is reserved by your bank not taken by EE. If it isnt debited in 7 days (normally) your bank will release the funds back into your account.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
