Hello,I ordered a Chromebook on the 3rd and have only had an order confirmation. The tracking number does not work. I have not had a delay this long with no information regarding an upgrade, I have been with EE many years.

Upfront Payment Refunded

Hello! I upgraded my phone recently and paid a £50 upfront cost. I got the phone fine and it's been about a week - the £50 was just refunded. Any idea what's happening or if I should expect another payment to go out randomly soon? 

No delivery info

So I upgraded my phone plan on the app on January 31st and got a confirmation email say that my order had been confirmed, but since then nothing I got to track the order and just get sorry can't show your order details right now

Missing sim

I had ordered a 5G hub with an unlimited data plan. the hub came with the box yet no sim card. the sheet of paper said it was included. I have tried contacting EE but not success.

Direct debit email

Hi, I recently placed an order online and have only received an email detailing my direct debit saying " here's how you will pay". Does this mean my order was accepted and I should just wait for tracking number or do I have to phone customer services

Upgrade phone not delivered

Ordered an upgrade iPhone 14, had confirmation email on the 2nd but not had any updated emails for delivery and cannot track using order number
