Mobile phone order

I placed an order tonight paid the £30 and the screen went blank I’ve had no email either and the £30 has been taken from my account

Helloso I placed an order on Wednesday upfront cost paid all accepted. Yet still no dispatch has come through does anyone know how long it can take?. It’s an iPhone 14 Plus 256 in yellow.
